Thus, one person does all the research, development, management, communication and translations for both the company and the website... Product fidelity and quality

Our processes are completely automated and, at no point in time, supervised by a human being. The positive part is that you can get any transcription you desire at any point in time, usually available a few minutes after your request, depending on our server load. The negative part is that we can't assure you it will be exactly as you can hear on the chosen recording, nor that parts or the entirety of the transcription will be of good quality, meaning that the automated processing can sometimes output a confusing mumbo-jumbo of notes that could hardly be understood by a musician and would not represent what is played on the chosen recording. If that were to happen however, you will be able to contact us by email to get another transcription for no additional cost or you could wait that we update our automated processing and then request an update to your transcription at no additional cost. In the advent that you contact us to get another transcription, it is in our sole judgment to decline the request if the transcription you received is deemed accurate enough or if you abuse this system.

Payments

As many online businesses, and for good security reasons, we do not directly process payment transactions. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a third-party company. All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros and include taxes, except where noted.

Refund

The transcriptions sold on drumscrib.com are considered consumed as downloaded. Drumscrib is consequently not required to allow refunds. So, we will not refund any purchase made on drumscrib.com. Again, when you buy a transcription on drumscrib.com, you renounce your rights to being refunded. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will still be able to either ask for another transcription or request a transcription update for no additional cost when we update our automatic processing. Please see section 'Product fidelity and quality' for more information.

Transcription availability

As soon as your payment is registered, you will be able to download the transcriptions you just bought, except if the service is temporarily not available for technical issues. If you are connected to your drumscrib.com account during your payment, the transcription you purchased will always be available for download in your account. If you are not connected to a drumscrib.com account during the payment, your download link will only be valid for one hour or two downloads. In case you didn't download the purchased transcriptions in time, send us an email for a download request with your transaction number and we will send you the transcription by email.

Service availability

Technical issues may arise at any moment and it may make the service unavailable. While this is unfortunate, we will do our best to resolve it as soon as notified. We may as well make some planned service maintenance that will make parts or the whole service temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for any damage related to service unavailability.

Restriction of use

By using drumscrib.com and our products, you agree that:

• You will restrict your use of any product available on drumscrib.com to a personal use.
• You will not sell or share any part or the entirety of any product available on drumscrib.com.
• You will not upload anything else than an audio file to our automatic transcription system.
• You will use the website in a normal way.
• You will not do something considered detrimental to Drumscrib and its business.

Limitation of liability

Drumscrib's liability is limited to the automated transcription in pdf version sold on drumscrib.com. Drumscrib is not liable for anything else that has, even the slightest, connection to Drumscrib or drumscrib.com.

Intellectual property

All transcriptions made on drumscrib.com are the property of Drumscrib, the company. We do not copy any existing sheet music or transcription of any song, our software listens to the song and automatically make the transcription without any other human help or input. Data privacy

Your data, which basically only consists of your email, your password, your address IP, the country of the address IP, the list of transcriptions you bought, the rating you gave to each of these transcriptions, and your custom preferences, is not shared with anyone. That data is securely stored on our server. Songs you upload for an automated transcription are deleted within 30 minutes from our server.

Cookies

Drumscrib does not store any other cookie than the strictly minimum, i.e. PHPSESSID, that allows you to connect to drumscrib.com. If you use the search function, you will be asked to allow some extra cookies from YouTube. Drumscrib is not responsible for any use of the cookies you accept for YouTube explicitly.

Account

By creating an account on drumscrib.com, you accept that we store all necessary information in order to provide you the list of products you purchased. Your account is only identified by your email address and you can only access it if you log in with the same password used when you signed up.

Termination

Drumscrib reserves the right to terminate any account that doesn't follow a normal behaviour on drumscrib.com, or appears suspicious to Drumscrib in any way or form. You can also explicitly ask to terminate your account by clicking the button made for this effect on your account page. Following this action, all your data will be deleted from our server, without any possibility for retrieval.
